This role is fully on-site in Fairfax VA Responsibilities: - Serve as the point of contact for all help desk inquiries, including emails, and tickets submitted through our ticketing system. - Prioritize and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime for end-users. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network issues. - Maintain accurate records of help desk activities, including ticket status, resolutions, and customer interactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring tickets are effectively resolved. Qualifications: - Associates Degree or higher - 1+ year help desk experience $20 - $22 an hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
