Job Duties

Responsible for consistently and effectively communicating the company objectives to assigned dental area managers through organized and scheduled email communications, video conference calls, phone and email communications. Aids in reviewing clinical performance and provides coaching to growth opportunities. Responsible for outcomes and success of assigned offices and enforcing changes and creating protocols that better the company, employees, and most importantly our patients. Plays an essential role in recruiting and hiring for all key positions, including doctor recruitment and team leaders. Manages Regional Managers team towards maintaining acceptable operational and human resource standards and maintaining all processes set in place. Assist Regional Managers in communication with providers, ensures that communication is meaningful and beneficial to clinical success. Partner with support teams to ensure the needs of Regional Managers and clinical teams are being addressed. Assists with the development of annual budgets, standard operating procedures and strategic business goals. Monitoring of KPIs

Responsible for being fully aware of P&L line items, trends, and making suggestions in order to increase revenue and profitability in each office and company as a whole. Conducts audits on operation dashboards, KPI’s, and other reports in order to make recommendations to Regional Managers to ensure goals are met and improvements are made to exceed desired targets. Ensure KPIs set in conjunction with the CEO of Rock Dental Brands are maintained by all practice units. Manage stores to operate within a budget set forth in communicated KPIs. Training & Development

Responsible for providing training and mentoring to new Dental Regional Managers. Recognizes the need for and helps develop training programs or systems and processes. Software Development

In collaboration with key team members, help strategize and design software for managing dental practices and working in conjunction with business support functions. Qualifications

5+ years of management experience College degree or equivalent experience Strong Communication Skills with both staff and doctors Attention to Detail Ability to apply analytics results to process improvement and strategic thinking Able to travel 40-60% of the time if needed
