Wil je je netwerk uitbreiden en samenwerken met een team van gemotiveerde onsite HR professionals? Je wordt op projectbasis ingeschakeld in de dagdagelijkse werking van een HR afdeling. Onze HR Project Officers Onsite spelen daarbij in op de vragen van klanten die nood hebben aan tijdelijke versterking. Je wordt ingeschakeld in projecten in zowel de publieke als de private sector. Op regelmatige tijdstippen delen de HR Project Officers hun kennis en ervaring met de collega’s. Je wordt opgeleid in de Hudson methodologie en blijft ook bij met de HR trends & ontwikkelingen. Je kan je collega’s consulteren bij vragen en je wordt ook gecoacht bij de uitvoering van je opdrachten, zodat je het netwerk van Hudson optimaal kan gebruiken. Je hebt een universitair diploma

en een eerste professionele ervaring in een domein van Human Resources

vanuit de bedrijfswereld of vanuit consultancy. Je hebt een sterke

“can do” mentaliteit , je wil gepassioneerd het verschil maken voor onze klanten. Je bent een enthousiaste relatiebouwer met uitstekende communicatie skills. Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, in het Frans en/of het Engels. Je toont je als Hudson ambassadeur, en kan je snel aanpassen aan de verwachtingen, waarden en werkwijze van de klant.
