We are currently seeking a PT Dual Certified FNP/PMHNP for PHP for Substance Use Disorder in Hudson, OH.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, you will be responsible for initials, follow-up, and med management for patients in the PHP program.

Schedule:
The position will start at 5 hours a week and may scale based on patient census. Must be willing to take calls during the evenings and weekends.
