The Women's Recovery Program provides a voluntary, 3-6 month women's residential program for the treatment of a substance use disorder and co-occurring enhanced disorder(s). The women have access to registered nurses and on-site psychiatric assistance with the ultimate goal of achieving sobriety and stability.
The Care Coordinator will be responsible for assisting residents with achieving aftercare goals including resolving pending legal matters, setting up medical and mental health providers and appointments, transporting residents to and from any outside appointments as needed helping navigate probation, parole, DCF and other programs.
Position, Full-time:
Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11pm

Requirements
