We are hiring for two positions. Nike Digital Marketing exists to serve the athlete at the pace of culture in the spaces that matter most to them. This team is designed to connect the emotion of the Nike Brand, product, and experiences in new and powerful ways. The Global Digital Marketing offense delivers disruptive digital strategies to enhance brand concepts in service of our greater vision of making athlete dreams real. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re hiring two Global Digital Marketing positions to join our broader Men’s Lifestyle team. Both roles will focus on Men’s Lifestyle Apparel, but knowledge and passion for the broader lifestyle space, including footwear, will be essential. We’re looking for candidates who will originate and drive fresh and distinctive digital strategies and plans that expand Nike’s brand connection and influence across the world of Men’s Lifestyle on a global scale. Ideal candidates are deeply passionate about sport, youth culture and style with existing knowledge and affinity for Nike’s lifestyle product. You will need vision for how Nike can foster digital innovation, inspiration and connection, to enhance authentic engagement with the Nike Brand and product. Extensive experience in digital marketing, a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives in consumer engagement, and a willingness to take calculated risks are essential for excelling in these roles. A profound understanding of the Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha consumer and the (digital) environments where they engage, shop & share – from Nike’s owned platforms (nike.com & apps) to social media, to new and emerging frontiers of consumer connection – is also crucial. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON This role will define and lead global digital marketing plans in service of Men’s lifestyle apparel initiatives and brand concepts. You’ll develop and deliver disruptive, consumer-centric digital marketing ideas that push the brand into the edges of youth culture, and orchestrate digital experiences, journeys and campaigns that drive growth for the Brand and Nike’s Men’s Lifestyle business. This includes managing end-to-end digital marketing content and journey briefs, as well as driving transformative digital initiatives from ideation to strategy to execution in partnership with global Men’s Lifestyle partners and local geography teammates. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH We’re an inclusive, innovative, and passionate team. You will report directly to the Global Digital Marketing Director of Men’s Lifestyle. You will work closely and collaboratively with Global Brand Management, Integrated Media, Social, Comms, Sports Marketing, Creative, and Business leads in Nike’s Global organization as well as with Geography partners in North America, APLA, Greater China, and EMEA. As needed, you will manage agencies and partners to bring strategies to life. WHAT YOU BRING You will bring a desire to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy, skilled team of digital marketers, hungry to lead the industry; a passion for sport, youth culture & style; and the leadership and original thinking required to craft meaningful and lasting connections between consumers, the Nike brand and lifestyle product. Additional requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training. 5 years of experience driving Digital Marketing at a global, geo, and/or city level. A profound understanding of the Gen Z and Gen Alpha media landscape, including engagement, shopping and sharing habits, and an affinity for the (digital) environments where they spend time. Ability to identify digital marketing innovation opportunities and lead the development of transformative initiatives from strategy to execution. Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategies and how to collaborate cross-functionally with brand management, creative, paid media, retail, social & comms to bring them to life. Strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business & marketing decisions. Effective communication, both written, verbal and through formal presentation of plans. Great interpersonal skills, teamwork mentality and ability to partner with many different specialists and fields in a dynamic organizational environment. Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors. A strong sense of personal accountability, a bias for action, and an ability to work autonomously. Genuine passion for Nike’s product and the Nike Brand.
