The Digital Marketing offense delivers disruptive digital strategies to maximize brand concepts.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Global Digital Marketing Lead for SNKRS who can help to grow the app's member base, drive digital product + marketing innovation, and expand its brand influence within youth culture.

The ideal candidate should be a passionate about NIKE Inc., sneaker culture, and have a strong sense of how SNKRS can serve the sneaker community in new, amazing ways Deep experience within strategy, digital marketing, critical thinking, content development and implementation, production and program development, and data-informed decision-making are key to thriving in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role will oversee seasonal marketing plans, drive the execution of that plan in partnership with our SNKRS product, content and experience teams across the globe.

Duties include setting the overarching strategic priorities for the season, establishing clear objectives, parameters and outcomes for our functional and geo partners as well leveraging consumer insights to creative impactful briefs that lead to meaningful and innovative plans.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the Global Digital Marketing Director of SNKRS. You will work intimately with and alongside the Content, Digital Product, Merchant and Business leads across the SNKRS team. You will also work closely with an extremely cross-functional team across Global and our Geographies.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • 8+ years of Digital/Social/Marketing/Product Marketing experience. A background in mobile apps and/or e-commerce highly preferred.
  • Expertise and knowledge of sneaker culture, streetwear and street culture, and a genuine excitement and passion around this space.
  • In depth understanding of platform metrics that focus on engagement and performance; deep understanding of A/B testing and cohort analysis to spot key trends in consumer behavior.
  • Ability to manage and develop successful direct reports.
  • Effective communicator, comfortable speaking in front of diverse, senior audiences.
  • Great interpersonal skills and teamwork mentality; ability to work well with many different specialists.
  • Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors, resulting in long term positive partnerships.
