  • Graphic Designer II, Jordan Performance Apparel: Join our team and shape the essence of Jordan Brand. Where creativity meets performance, you will be crafting innovative men's and women's apparel that prioritizes the athlete's needs. Your role involves developing graphic products across various collections, from performance gear to basketball, golf, football collaborations and athlete signature lines.
  • Graphic Designer II, Women's Performance Apparel: The ideal candidate needs to be hardworking, versatile, and a highly creative problem solver. This person will be asked to elevate the consumer experience by focusing on both the culture and science of Women's Running and Fitness Apparel. Driving Graphic Design excellence through the connection of trend, design, and craft.
  • Graphic Designer II, Women's Lifestyle Apparel: The ideal candidate needs to be hardworking, versatile, and a highly creative problem solver. This person will be asked to elevate the consumer experience by focusing on both the culture and science of Women's Lifestyle Apparel. Driving Graphic Design excellence through the connection of trend, design, and craft.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As our Apparel Graphic Designer II, you will combine your experience, problem solving abilities, and creativity to bring to life the seasonal creative narratives through graphic design that is trend relevant to the consumer across performance and lifestyle apparel. You will create original graphic and/or textile designs that appropriately reflect Nike's design ethos. The designs you create will be industry leading, trend right and will consistently incorporate consumer/athlete insights through powerful storytelling, emotional connectivity and relevance.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

From concepting and building narrative, to working with development to finalize production details; and talking with athletes* to choosing trim and print applications, this person will be challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences. They'll use their skills to contribute to the graphic direction for Nike and Jordan Apparel, working through the lens of business and consumer insights. Accountabilities include: Influencing cross-functional teams, contributing to the creative vision of performance and lifestyle apparel, cascading critical information, and communicating graphic concepts and seasonal initiatives to internal and external audiences etc.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be helping to drive graphic strategy and vision while working with multiple teams of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver creative concepts that are in line with the Nike Design Ethos. This opportunity will require tight-knit collaboration to meet deadlines, stay within budgets, ensure feasibility of designs, all while communicating the creative story behind your work to internal partners.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
  • Bachelors Degree in Design, Art or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience in an agency, in-house setting, or closely related role in product creation.
  • Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends, as well as visual culture.
  • Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to adapt to change and balance multiple, contending priorities.
  • Professional visual and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences.
  • Knowledge of repeat pattern creation, printing techniques specific to textiles, understanding how designs will translate from digital to physical.
  • Knowledge of apparel product creation and basic knowledge of garment construction.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC and comfortable working within new digital spaces.
  • Ability to embrace diverse points of view while encouraging an environment of inclusivity.
