Mark Anthony Brewing is hiring an Automation & Controls Engineer to provide troubleshooting and maintenance of all automation and controls systems in our manufacturing facility. This is your opportunity to be a part of an innovative team in a brand new, state-of-the-art brewing facility in Glendale, AZ. This is for the overnight shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (6:00PM to 6:30AM). Accountabilities & Impact: Provide instrumentation and controls troubleshooting support for manufacturing operations team. Work with electronic control systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and control elements used in automated processes. Test instrumentation and control systems and maintain test equipment. Test accuracy of flowmeters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, and other recording, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in the system, using test equipment such as pressure gauges, oscilloscopes, and multimeters. Consult manuals, read and interpret circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Repair and adjust controls system components or remove and replace defective parts. Install control and measurement instruments on existing or new plant equipment. Provide training to maintenance technicians and operations team on equipment use and troubleshooting. Work on assigned continuous improvement projects assigned by CI leadership team. Foster collaborative and organizational learning. Provide process engineering support for manufacturing operations. Be proficient with personal computers and business applications. Skills & Experience Needed: 3 to 5 years applicable experience in industrial manufacturing (brewery experience a plus). Certified in Allen Bradley (Studio 5000, Factory Talk SE and ME, and AssetCentre). Experience with high-speed packaging equipment desired. Must be willing to work overnight 6:00PM to 6:30AM.
