  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, providing support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with senior executives, creating reports, memos, and delivering verbal presentations.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in project management, business analysis, and evidence-based policymaking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing presentation materials for senior executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on communicating with senior leadership.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Working knowledge of business analysis and business intelligence dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience leading projects or project teams.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based policymaking and the Evidence Act of 2018.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Work Environment:
  • This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility in work location within the continental United States.
