Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00
Hours: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm with flex for overtime. Saturday work is rare but occasionally possible.

Location: 77429 Area- Cypress, TX

Ideal candidate will have domestic and international shipping experience, and must be Certified sit-down propane forklift experience required.

Job description
•Coordinate and track all outgoing and incoming shipments
•Load and upload shipments
•Maintain accurate inventory and records
•Verify material prior to all outbound shipments to customers (international and domestic).
•Enter weight, freight charges, and tracking information into computer (Microsoft Dynamics)
•Prepare manifests, NAFTA form and commercial documents for exports to Mexico, Canada, and/or customers worldwide.
•Review and work with purchasing as needed to update anticipated delivery reports
•Order all supplies for S/R and drivers. Wood, boxes, tape, straps etc.
•Work with vendors UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. to ensure proper and competitive pricing
•Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
•Must have good writen and verbal communication skills
•Must be able to work independently and within a team
•Must have strong organizational skills and be detial oriented
•Prior experience with UPS, Fedex, DHL, preferred
•Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations
•Perform other related duties as assigned
