About the Role The Product Support Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing advanced technical support to end-users and dealers of JCA Technologies’ retrofit autonomous products. You will collaborate with our R&D team in assisting with new product launches. You will also lead customer training, dealer training, assist at trade shows, and create publications for support. Responsibilities Support request field calls from growers and dealers on technical support questions, installation, in-field operation, and in-field breakdowns Communicate issues and future needs to the R&D team for current and future products. Actively involved with the go-to-market process for some of our new products to ensure a successful product launch. Create and deliver projects focused on customer experience, process improvement, and training effectiveness. Generate and edit content for technical publications, including operator and installation manuals, technical and service bulletins, knowledge base articles, and product instructions. Lead breakout sessions of both introductory and advanced level dealer training. Participate and set up tradeshows and conferences. Compile, analyze, and report on testing and field data to assist in the marketing and research of products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creative problem solving to overcome obstacles. Experience in a customer support role. Basic mechanical skills and knowledge. This position requires the successful candidate to have a valid driver’s license . This position includes extensive domesticand some international travel.
