Position Overview

We seek a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our IT team at our main Fort Wayne, Indiana location. This full-time, on-site role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting users across our organization.


Essential Job Functions

  • Provide general troubleshooting and support for user workstations, including software and hardware issues.
  • Administer and maintain printers and other peripherals.
  • Manage VoIP/SIP systems, including troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Provision new user workstations, ensuring they are configured and ready for use.
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance for users working with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP software.
  • Assist with the administration of Microsoft Exchange/O365 and Active Directory, including group policy settings.
  • Support users in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF software, and other general office tools.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, Microsoft OneDrive, Adobe PDF software, and general office technology tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Epicor Prophet 21, is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Server 2016-2022, Active Directory, and group policy management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Education and Experience

  • An Associate’s degree (2-year) or equivalent Information Technology or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support or related fields.


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time, on-site position located at our main office in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
