Contracts Receivable Specialist - Remote Flexibility

  • Due to growth, they are hiring a Contracts Receivable Specialist in their DC location. This position is hybrid (4 days REMOTE, 1 day in office)

Overview of the Contracts Receivable Specialist role:

  • Creates invoices for an array of contracts and grants from local, state, federal, and private donors.
  • Activates awards, projects, activities in relation to the contract/grant.
  • Reconcile and analyze revenue/unbilled amounts monthly.
  • Ad hoc reporting/projects.

Preferred Qualifications for the Contracts Receivable Specialist:

  • 3-5 years of Contracts/AR experience
  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Workday system experience is a PLUS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
