The Assistant will play a vital role in our summer associate and student recruiting programs including, but not limited to, the coordination of summer program and recruiting events in the office and on law school campuses, interview scheduling, candidate tracking and maintaining recruiting files.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with all aspects of the summer program including the coordination and execution of summer program events, budget tracking, calendar maintenance, welcome announcements and tracking and documenting event participation.
Assist with all aspects of student recruiting including, but not limited to, on-campus interviews, 1L and 2L interviews, candidate vetting, interview scheduling, student correspondence and follow-up efforts.
Maintain legal recruiting files and support database maintenance and reporting.
Assist with other projects to contribute to the firm as a whole as directed by Recruiting Managers.
Support collection and analysis of data and statistics for participation in surveys and other requests.
Support the onboarding process of new associates in conjunction with the Legal Talent Management team.
Assist in planning and execution of firmwide events.

Qualifications and job-related skills:
Bachelor’s degree required.
A minimum of one year of experience in a professional services office environment and previous legal recruitment experience is preferred.
Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrate good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent service.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills; both written and oral.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Professionalism, personal integrity and high degree of confidentiality.
Flexibility and ability to adapt in an ever changing environment.
Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines and communicate progress on assignments.
Advanced user in Microsoft Office.
Strong computer and technical skills.
