Regulatory Specialist

The Regulatory Specialist must apply specialized knowledge of domestic and international product registration requirements for all of the Huma products. This person will collaborate with various internal teams to be aware of, and stay ahead of, new to market and maintenance of current registrations. How you will spend your time: Verify that products are labeled in a way that abides by individual state’s regulatory laws. Acquire a thorough understanding of country-specific processes and legislation by collaborating with and supervising the work of in-country colleagues. Compile data and prepare documents required by the government, third parties, and other authorities for both domestic and international product registrations. Ensure all registrations are maintained and kept updated with the appropriate agencies and certifiers (such as CDFA, OMRI, and each country and state). Attend the AAPFCO semi-annual meetings as well as other industry sponsored events to support company interests and help ensure the company is in compliance with all regulations. Support commercialization of new and amended registrations to ensure continuous market compliance. Develop strategies to minimize risks while driving compliance for products in collaboration with various internal company teams. Retain and improve personal understanding of relevantregulations. Actively monitor prospective regulatory changes withrelevantstate and international regulators and trade associations. Aspire to become an expert in the regulation of Huma products and product registration worldwide. Skills/Abilities : Adaptable to changing regulatory schemes and requirements. Excellent attention to detail. Effectively and efficiently meet deadlines. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Experience or membership with AAPFCO a plus. Proficient in English (oral and written), foreign language proficiency is a plus. Ability to work effectively with a team as well as work independently with minimal supervision. Why Should You Apply?
