The Position:

As the Strategic Account Manager at VirtualHealth, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with our existing and new Production clients on the HELIOS platform. This role will serve as the primary contact for post-production clients and will be responsible for representing client needs and goals within the organization. This position requires a highly motivated and organized professional who is passionate about customer success and has a proven track record in account management and sales within the healthcare technology industry.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing Production client stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and ongoing support.

Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.

Review all major deliverables to ensure client expectations are met. Provide administrative oversight of the project and its goals. Ensure that client issues are dealt with efficiently, informing VirtualHealth management of any problems that may arise.

Account Growth:

Listens for new business opportunities with the client and promotes new offerings from our company.

Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities within existing accounts and to support client contract renewals and extensions.

Onboarding and Training:

Facilitate the handoff process from Implementation to Support new production clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Helios platform.

Work with the VH training leader to provide training sessions to clients to ensure they maximize the platform's value.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of the HELIOS platform, its features and company capabilities to communicate value propositions to clients effectively.

Client Advocacy:

Serve as a client advocate within VirtualHealth, providing feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Generate and analyze reports to showcase the impact of the Helios platform on client outcomes.

Work with Manager to review client survey results, draft action plan and close the loop by executing the plan.

Participate in client QBR and EBR meetings.

This position requires minimum 20% travel.

The Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in account management or sales within the healthcare technology industry for 7+ years.

Strong understanding of care management, utilization management and healthcare processes.

Proven project management skills and experience.

Technical competence. Understanding of software, web application, technical implication, familiarity with EHR systems and data.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
