Account Manager - Tampa, FL (Full-time, Onsite)

As an Account Manager, you'll be the key liaison between our client’s company and their valued clients, focusing on driving sales, upselling opportunities, ensuring customer retention, and boosting event sales. Your proactive approach and strong sales acumen will be instrumental in achieving our revenue targets while delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive sales and maximize upselling opportunities
  • Proactively reach out to clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Strategically plan and execute initiatives to retain customers and enhance their loyalty
  • Drive event sales by promoting our products and services and coordinating with clients for their event needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to prospect for new clients and expand our client base
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and client relationships to management

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or related fields
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
