The Senior Employee Relations Advisor is based in the office of a world-class medical institute. Engaging with various levels of employees, you will manage complex ER issues, providing expertise and influencing stakeholders to ensure alignment with policies, practices, and values. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners, resolving complaints and concerns while applying relevant laws and policies
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on addressing behavior and performance issues, ensuring alignment with organizational values
  • Manage various processes such as workplace accommodations, leave management, and employee separations
  • Lead projects and initiatives to support HRBP/ER goals, assessing impact, setting goals, and managing project risks
  • Maintain documentation and analysis of cases using case management systems, and collaborating with partners to identify trends and develop solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of HR Business Partner or ER experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience
  • Previous experience working with multiple teams simultaneously
  • Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
