Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and counsel to business and leaders to help mitigate risk and ensure best practices
  • Conduct timely and thorough investigations related to employee complaints
  • Understand business goals and recommend new policies and procedures
  • Investigates and recommends ways to resolve conflict.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years experience in an employee relations function
  • Strong relationship building experience
  • Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of HR employment/compliance laws
