Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Director (RSD) , you will prospect, sell, and close new clients with emphasis on digital and targeted direct marketing solutions. RSDs must possess a passion for the hunt and making it rain Proven sales track record in Automotive B2B is a MUST . From prospecting to close, RSDs tackle heavy cold calling, research and discovery, sales presentations, and closings while working closely with the Regional VP of Sales for their assigned territory. RSDs are expected to produce new sales to meet or exceed assigned quotas and increase revenue. RSDs must develop and manage a pipeline of qualified Tier 3 business opportunities using our Omni Channel sales approach. This is a remote field position serving the Southeast Region . Candidates must reside within a greater metro market of the SE Region (GA/NC/SC, Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbia highly preferred) with proximity to national airports. A minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience, specifically relating to the Automotive Industry: Automotive Marketing Omni Channel Sales, Automotive Agency, Automotive Media Sales, and/or Automotive Technology Sales, REQUIRED. RESPONSIBILITIES Must become fully knowledgeable on all company products and solutions within the first 90 days. Prospect targeted dealerships within assigned territory. Conduct prospect research and discovery. Host virtual presentations (25%). Calculate accurate/appropriate client budgets and submit client contract proposals. Create and manage a business plan to maximize revenue opportunities. Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales quota goals. Set and manage expectations with new clients. Participate in continuing education calls and/or meetings on products and services. Keep up-to-date on automotive industry, market news, and events. Develop relationships with OEM market representatives. Must be able to work well as a team player and independently. Must strive to maintain and uphold all internal processes and procedures. Must take own initiative to improve tasks and meet company goals. Must work well under pressure. Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and have a professional demeanor. REQUIREMENTS BA or BS degree. A minimum of 5 years retail sales experience is required , specifically relating to Automotive Industry - Automotive Marketing Omni Channel Sales, Automotive Agency, Automotive Media Sales, and/or Automotive Technology Sales. Proven sales track record in Automotive B2B, required . Strong working knowledge of automotive dealership operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. COMPENSATION Competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes base salary, monthly commission, bonus opportunity, monthly allowances, as well as participation in company benefit offerings including paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401(k)/matching, and more.
