JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic, global marketing agency.

The Digital Project Manager will manage all aspects of our client's global, multi-channel digital banner and video localization projects.

They will be the primary owner for managing internal tasks at all stages of production, ensuring team adherence to production processes,

as well as owning the client communication for project status. Localization experience is a plus, but not required.

Location: Long Beach, CA office - Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Salary Range: $70-80K

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead projects which include the production and distribution of digital banners and video assets for localization for global marketing in multiple languages.
  • Manage project scope, project costs and execute change control when additional requests for deliverables are made.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources on a per-project level.
  • Manage the internal workflow and external workflow with the client, monitoring for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Assign individual resource responsibilities, help identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks to allow for risk assessment, early identification of potential challenges, and on-time project delivery.
  • Lead weekly project status meetings and report on project status internally.
  • Proactively communicate the status of deliverables with our external stakeholders by providing accurate details and dependencies.
  • Deliver in-depth reports on project performance and financial goals to internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with digital banner and video production.
  • Experience with working on global localization projects, delivered in multiple languages.
  • 3-4 years project management experience managing budgets, timelines and people in an agency or related environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with deadlines and to be detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with account representatives and in large cross-functional teams.
  • Mac proficiency and application proficiency with the standard Project Management tools (MS Office, Google Suite, Word/Google Docs, PPT/Google Slides, Excel, Smartsheets etc.).
  • Experience with asset management and asset transportation with cloud-based software: including Google Stream/Drive.A bachelor's degree is a plus, preferably in business, marketing, information systems or a related field.
  • Gaming industry awareness is a plus.
