Maintains solid relationships with key customers and decision makers at strategic and key priority accounts, ensuring solid business development and service performance

Regularly consults with distribution Site Director on the status of operations of the distribution facility, including tracking and reviewing KPIs, workforce productivity, budget, adherence to quality standards, and current processes and procedures in place to meet financial targets

Meets regularly with department/shared services/functional heads to ensure the goals and targets of each department are on track, and provide guidance regarding any issues as appropriate

Identifies new roles in the organization as the business evolves; collaborates with the appropriate functions (e.g., Human Capital) and advises on the hiring of new roles within the organization to ensure growth and performance goals are met and exceeded

Ensures the necessary capacity and infrastructure are in place to support product volumes being distributed

Ensures all OSD company policies and standard operating procedures are enforced

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
