**Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist and support agents with administrative duties and deliver high-quality service to commercial and personal lines clients. As part of the Customer Service Delivery team, the CSR serves as the primary point of contact for customers. Responsible for receiving incoming calls and resolves inquiries/issues by phone or email promptly and efficiently. Under direct supervision, performs essential duties according to agencys procedures while meeting service standards established by the company.
**Education and/or Experience:**
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* 1 to 3 years of P&C insurance related experience preferred.
* Equivalent education, experience, and training will be considered.
Seeking a highly motivated individual who is comfortable handling incoming calls, works well in a team- oriented environment, and is customer-service oriented. If you enjoy helping people when they need it the most, then a career in insurance may be for you
