Come grow with us Job Description: Crowe Healthcare Consulting is now Kodiak Solutions This role is with Kodiak Solutions, Crowe's Healthcare Consulting business that is now its own standalone company. At Kodiak you have the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions to today's complex business issues facing the Healthcare industry. Kodiak personnel are widely recognized for their in-depth Healthcare expertise and application of data and technology to simplify the business of Healthcare for thousands of hospitals nationwide. As a Net Revenue Senior Consultant, the individual is expected to: Develop deep subject matter expertise in hospital and health system operational and financial drivers of net revenue. Assist in the net revenue month-end close process for our core clients. Complete analytical work on one-time engagements or special projects. Deliver results to clients. Coach less experienced team members. Periodically participate in business development and sales activities. Qualifications: 2+ years in a consulting organization or hospital and health system environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting required. CPA license preferred but not required. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with complex financial data sets. Strong understanding of cash versus accrual basis of accounting. Baseline understanding of the interaction between balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team-oriented environment. Comfortable with data and technology. Strong reputation and references with previous employers, clients, contacts, etc. Strong written and verbal communication including effective presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines concurrently. An understanding of Healthcare financial accounting and reporting, including reimbursement, month-end close, and net revenue analysis, is preferred but not required.
