Staff Accountant

Albany, United States Aston Carter Full time

Job Description:

Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting for assigned properties

Assist with capital activity, capital statements and distributions.

Prepare or review of annual financial reports and analytics.

Preparation of entity/property cash flows.

Prepare entity/property budgets and monitor for variances.

Prepare and keep history of year-end book to audit to tax reconciliation file.

Prepare Journal entries and reconciliation of GL Monthly.

Prepare Bank reconciliations for the companies.

Ensure all company accounts payable are paid timely.

Ensure all company accounts receivables are collected timely.

Maintain an orderly accounting filing system for the company.

Assist in preparation and distribution 1099's for the company and all individual assets.

Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
