Job Description

As a PEO Benefits Specialist, you will be providing support to clients and their employees, as well as our internal partners. Your responsibilities include

setting up and maintaining client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and processing benefit enrollments for our PEO product offerings. You

will also be expected to research and resolve product and service issues, document interactions in our CRM, and correct errors from audit reports. In

addition, you will guide clients on the setup and use of Health & Benefits online, ensure compliance with regulations and laws, and interact with Health

& Benefit carriers to resolve customer needs. Participation in special projects and training sessions may also be required.
