Role Summary: We are looking for a highly data-driven Growth Marketer with extensive experience in the B2B software market. With a minimum of two years in strategic marketing roles, particularly in B2B softwares, the ideal candidate will spearhead our growth initiatives, focusing heavily on data-driven decision making. This role will lead our marketing initiatives, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, online/offline events, webinars, and leading the future marketing team to deliver targeted results that align with Zeitros business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust, data-driven marketing strategies to position our mortgage software effectively in the market, reaching mortgage loan officers, brokers, lenders, and wholesalers through various channels.
  • Organize and lead offline events and webinars, utilizing data to tailor content that meets the needs of Zeitro and our clients.
  • Develop analytics to drive all marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure the impact of various initiatives, including webinars and other client engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business strategies and contribute to company objectives.
  • Produce and manage compelling, data-informed content across various platforms to engage and educate our target audience.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, with a specific focus in the B2B software Space.
  • Experienced with the US mortgage industry, loan processing workflows, and related work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing successful data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and the use of campaign management tools to deliver measurable results.
