We are looking for an experienced and independent Customer Success Specialist to help build and maintain a strong customer base.

Who is this employer?:

This employer is the industry authority in federal and state labor law poster compliance products. They have spent the past 30+ years developing new ways to help employers comply with the latest labor laws and safety regulations. From their innovative Space Saver All-On-One Posters to their workplace safety and HR recordkeeping products, they help protect companies from government fines, employee lawsuits, and other costly consequences associated with non-compliance.

Key Objectives:

By combining a deep understanding of the product with a passion for customer engagement, the Customer Success Specialist plays a crucial role in reducing churn and promoting sustainable business growth.

Using a consultative approach, demo our products' features and benefits to subscribers and promote customer engagement with digital portal.

Promote customer satisfaction surveys.

Communicate effectively to internal managers to share and better understand customer needs in order to maximize retention and growth of customer base.

What You'll Be Doing:

Facilitate demo of our products to our customers. Highlight key features and benefits to promote customer usage and engagement of their subscription.

Achieve strong customer satisfaction survey results.

Achieve KPIs in dials, talk times, product demos.

Preferred Experience:

3-5 years in Customer service

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong and detailed time management skills

Advanced computer proficiency

Active team player, self-starter

Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus

Netsuite CRM experience a plus
