As a Meeting Coordinator, you will engage with business owners and executives through cold calling to arrange both in-person and telephone meetings. Your role is pivotal in nurturing our business relationships by ensuring effective coordination and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively coordinate and schedule meetings between our team and key decision-makers from various companies.
  • Maintain a well-organized calendar to accurately track all appointments and ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties to keep them informed of meeting times and any changes or updates to the schedule.
  • Confirm attendance of all decision-makers prior to scheduled meetings, emphasizing relationship-building and engagement.
  • Facilitate clear and smooth communication between our team and meeting participants both before and during meetings to ensure all parties are aligned.
  • Conduct follow-ups after meetings to gauge satisfaction and address any additional needs, reinforcing the relationship and setting the stage for future interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Meeting Coordinator, secretary, or in a similar administrative role with a focus on relationship building.
  • Experience in cold calling and networking, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Independent worker with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize relationship maintenance.
  • Fluency in English with superior written and verbal communication skills.
