Some of the ways you will do this: Monitoring and reporting on Lodging revenue. Working with homeowner services and homeowners on lodging rates for specific units and unit types. Competitive analysis of Lodging pricing. Monitoring and adjusting rates. Maximize Revenue for Snowshoe Vacation Rentals and other revenue driving programs. Forecast Resort Demand. Develop and Maintain Analytics. Yield Strategy for Lodging and assist with Strategic Planning. DIRECT EXPERIENCE Education: Four-Year degree or equivalent, which is at least two years' experience. Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Point of Sale Systems and have technical knowledge of the Internet. Specific Experience: Prior experience in systems, reservations and/or revenue management. Experience in Duetto and/or SMS preferred.
