Our Professional Electrical Engineer Responsibilities: Design electrical systems and components for EV charging stations, including power distribution, grounding, and protection systems. Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts. Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, UL, IEC). Lead and manage EV charging infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements. Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee installation and commissioning of EV charging stations. Conduct site assessments and inspections for proper installation and functionality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers for integrated solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients. Assist in developing training materials and programs. Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience, focusing on EV charging infrastructure. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Experience with power distribution, load calculations, and electrical system design. Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Preferred Skills:

Experience with renewable energy integration and energy storage systems. Knowledge of smart grid technologies and demand response programs. Familiarity with software and hardware for EV charging stations. Experience with utility interconnection processes and requirements.
