We're seeking spirited 'can do' people to join our Inside Sales team in the exciting world of hazmat compliance. You'll leverage your friendly personality in conversations with our dedicated customers, assisting them with their hazmat shipping needs as well as growing their accounts. Essential functions

Sell to and communicate with assigned customers Pre-plan call strategy Structure call blocks to maximize sell time and ensure sales process is on track Meet or exceed call metrics Source new sales opportunities via outbound calls Keep up to date with industry trends, customer news and government regulations tied to product lines Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets Experience/Skills

2 - 5 years sales experience, preferably as an inside sales account representative or manager or no sales experience with a degree in marketing/ business or equivalent Proficiency in PC usage, recent versions of Windows a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to navigate various sales platforms such as Salesforce and internal systems Skills and Attributes We're Looking For
