Temperature Service Company is an established union commercial mechanical company based out of Elk Grove Village and we are looking for qualified Territory Managers to join our sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Territory Manager will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
To pursue and sell new accounts in a designated territory or account type, to provide HVAC and refrigeration mechanical services to the commercial / industrial marketplace.
Survey prospective customer and existing customer locations to gather the information needed to provide proposals for service agreements.
Calculate, propose and sell preventive maintenance service agreements.
Assist an in house sales and marketing coordinator to effectively qualify prospects and furnish sales leads
Self-generate sales leads and initial contacts
Contribute to the Marketing, Sales and Growth strategies of Temperature Service Company
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Develop effective sales and marketing strategies
Achieve annual sales goals by way of new service agreement sales (Goals TBD)
