Job Overview:
As the Social Media Director, your primary role will be to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement across key social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, and TikTok, specifically targeting the US market. You will balance creative vision with analytical skills to identify and leverage emerging trends and innovate effectively. Your strategies should attract new users and increase engagement with our existing audience. Collaborating closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the dynamic sales and marketing teams, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns that drive growth and enhance our market presence. Additionally, you will engage and work with influencers to amplify our brand's reach and influence, creating partnerships that align with our brand values and market goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and interaction.
- Manage and expand our presence across all social platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Spearhead the creation and supervision of content, managing daily social media activities.
- Employ analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with our online community to foster a positive brand experience and build loyal followers.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and adapt strategies to leverage new social media opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement integrated promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in crafting and leading social media strategies with a focus on music or entertainment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong command of analytics platforms and social media management tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
- Creative and editorial skills, with experience in content creation tools like Canva and basic video/photo editing software.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various departments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with digital advertising and social media monetization strategies is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:
