Job Title: Case Manager Aide

At Upbring, we are dedicated to breaking the cycle of child abuse and empowering others to do the same. As a Case Manager Aide, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the medical department, ensuring that services are delivered to youth in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist case managers in providing support to youth under supervision from the Clinical Director.
  • Conduct needs assessments, obtain pertinent information, and establish program goals for youth.
  • Coordinate identified needs for minors through community-based services.
  • Assist with Service Plan (ISP) and assessments within appropriate time frames of youth placement under supervision from Clinical Director.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Experience working with children.
  • Ability to establish rapport, trust, and boundaries with children, parents, and families.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (based on service area and service population).
Working Conditions:

This position requires sitting and looking at a computer for long periods of time. While performing this position, the employee, with or without reasonable accommodation, should have the ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid, see, read, reach with arms and hands, lift and/or move up to specified weight, and use equipment that is essential to performing the job, such as a computer, copier, fax machine, telephone, and automobile, if applicable.
