Job Description Summary

Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing AC Casinos consumer-facing digital marketing business programs that maintain a strong digital experience online that complements our brand while improving revenue and profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
  • Responsible for defining online strategies & reputation management
  • Manages digital advertising, email campaigns, kiosks content, online gaming, website & mobile content
  • Partner with Director of Advertising to implement approved creative and maintain brand standards
  • Improve business results/market share by developing and implementing new ways to promote the company while increasing revenue and profits
  • Monitor and ensures accuracy and integrity throughout all digital distribution channels
  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) Degree in Marketing or related, MBA a plus
  • 10 years of specialized experience in digital advertising, search & email marketing
  • An in depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings in Google
  • Experience with PPC - Management of Pay per click programs
  • Experience using a CMS, email marketing & website management
  • Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams

  • Online gaming experience
  • Decision-making, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills


Working Conditions/Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout theoffice area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstationfor the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.

Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
