Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This includes recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations, policies and procedures, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and employee development. The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of human resources and payroll administration principles and practices Experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance with state and federal labor and payroll laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus Human Resources certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
