The Human Resources Specialist position will have an emphasis on employee engagement playing a critical role in employee satisfaction with our workplace culture. They will enhance employees experiences by creating, implementing and maintaining strategies that optimize employee productivity and retention. The Human Resources Specialist, Employee Experience will act as a communication and employee ambassador for the employee life cycle at Vivacity.

This is a hybrid position in St. Paul, MN. You must be located in the St. Paul, MN area. This position is NOT remote. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR highly desired Prior experience with HRIS, the HR function, or employee engagement preferred Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions: Collaborate cross departmentally to design and implement initiatives that support a positive employee experience Develop plans to boost morale and foster vivacious work environments across several locations Organize team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs to strengthen belonging and relationships Assist with Employee Belonging initiatives including affinity groups Ensure the new hire experience is documented and reflects People and Culture goals Identify experience issues and escalate to appropriate audiences for awareness and resolution through new hire check ins and exit interviews Partner with Payroll and Benefits Specialist to promote work-life balance through health programs Create and administer employee surveys and communication to gather feedback and measure employee satisfaction and engagement Align employee feedback with organizational goals, objectives, and values Promote HR initiatives by disseminating information to keep employees informed Drive employee engagement programs to increase operational efficiency Analyze data results and implement action plans based on employee and management feedback Support HR Manager with various tasks and be visible resource for employee transparency and work life harmony What Excellent Skills and Abilities Will You Possess?
