Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, design, and execute email and SMS campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce compelling and on-brand email and SMS content that resonates with our audience.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Develop targeted email and SMS campaigns using customer segmentation and personalization techniques to deliver relevant content and offers.
  • Automation: Set up and manage automated marketing workflows to nurture leads and retain customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and provide regular reports to optimize future campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different email and SMS strategies and content.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email and SMS marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain and grow the email and SMS subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.

Qualifications:
