This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
- Utilize advanced search techniques, Boolean searches, and other methods to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screen resumes, and assess qualifications to ensure a strong fit with job requirements.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sourcing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the sourcing process.
- Track and report on key sourcing metrics, including candidate pipeline status, time-to-fill, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
- Participate in networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to expand candidate reach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, with a focus on using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and social media recruitment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies is a plus.
- Construction industry experience is a bonus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment software.
