Position
Summary
The Shift Leader
assists
in inspiring and developing their team, upholding Luna Grill’s
high standards

Will
be responsible
for
running a great shift by providing
leadership and
guidance
in
utilization
of training tools
to the Cashiers and

the manager as needed.
Provides knowledge to cashiers and team trainers and empowers the team to provide great guest service

Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as

Appropriately tends to guests using the BLAST
method

Education/Experience Requirements
One (1) year restaurant experience preferred and or team management/supervisorial; Luna Grill experience is ideal
