Business Operations Manager Responsibilities
Develop business and market intelligence through querying data from various sources to build revenue forecasts, analyze current business performance, and assess market opportunities.
Develop and track operational financial metrics, and devise methods for identifying data trends.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic metrics and strategic projects.
Present business intelligence at reviews with business leaders across Facebook.
Work closely with a number of product-facing teams including Product Management, Product Marketing Management, Engineering, Data Science, Product Strategy, Operations, and Partnership teams.
Drive revenue forecasting and planning, develop operational insights for the business, and model business scenarios to guide product decisions.
Support analysis and data-driven decision-making to promote effective work for teams and colleagues across the business to optimize long-term financial growth.
In connection with the above duties, (1) apply knowledge and/or skills of leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth, (2 )coding in SQL and Python, (3)Microsoft SQL Server, (4)Microsoft Excel, (5)data analysis, (6)financial markets, financial derivatives, and financial modeling, and (7)process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires Master's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Information, Information Technology, Information Security, Information Networking, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering and Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Physics, Statistics, or related field,
AND 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Intelligence Manager, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Software Developer, Software Engineer (all levels), Systems Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst, Project Engineer, Engineer, Member of Technical Staff, Technology Lead, Associate - Multi-Asset Group, Consultant, Assistant Consultant, Research Assistant, Intern, or computer-related occupation.
Experience must include 36 months of experience in each of the following:
1. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
2. Coding in SQL and Python
3. Microsoft SQL Server
4. Microsoft Excel
5. Data analysis
6. Financial markets, financial derivatives, and financial modeling, AND
7. Process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

$270,934/year to $297,880/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
