Job Description:

Snelling has an immediate opening for aCollections Agentin Louisville, KY. This position will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable. TheCollections Specialistshould be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job duties include:
  • Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to phone etiquette standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing inquiries and disputes
  • Meet collection targets and goals set by management
Collections Specialist Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience in telemarketing or collections preferred
