Assist with maintenance and monitoring of tickler files/lists. Act as liaison for management between tenants and vendors. Maintain tenant and vendor information and contacts. New tenant set-up – abstract, files, monitor lease expiration and renewals. Assist with coordination/execution of Fire/Life Safety drills and tenant appreciation events. Assist management with special projects, requests and assignments. Other duties as assigned by Portfolio Manager or Vice President of the Commercial Department.
