Work Experience
  • Minimum 5 years full-time work experience in a fundraising, development or sales position that demonstrates successful donor and/or client cultivation. Should be familiar with the San Diego philanthropic community, Non-profit experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of leading a team at a senior leadership level (director/vice president)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred from any accredited university or college; work experience may be substituted.
