Starting Salary Range at $60,000/year + DOE and Bonus Opportunity

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted email communications to our Rewards customers through Kum & Go and Maverik platforms.

Execute loyalty communication informing stakeholders of all customer updates

Analyze platform effectiveness of email and app communications.

Generate weekly reports for key stakeholders on email & app communication performance.

Collaborate with the Customer Research team to design and conduct customer surveys.

Execute technical email communication strategies to inform current loyalty members about benefits, program usage, and behavior-changing campaigns.

Maintain and update a comprehensive list of best practices for customer loyalty.

Track and manage the inventory of customer marketing materials for the website, app, and in-store displays.

Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in loyalty programs.

Monitor and analyze competitor loyalty programs to stay informed of industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Education

Bachelors Degree in a related field

Qualification: Experience

1+ yrs. experience in customer acquisition, email marketing, or loyalty/rewards program.

Experience in a retail environment preferred

A track record of building strong relationships & influencing other to buy into vision or strategy

A record of anticipating customer needs & giving high priority to customer satisfaction & service

Qualifications: Team Member Competencies

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills

Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction

Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs

A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems

Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
