Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Program Management Teams, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of Program Life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
Develops, coordinates, and maintains the integrated master plan and schedule to fulfill all program objectives.

Ensures that major projects and program timelines are effectively integrated across various functional areas including finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Monitors schedules and plans; conducts risk assessments; identifies and resolves conflicts in critical path and network logic.

Employs project management methodologies such as Gantt charts, PERT, Critical Path analysis, milestone charts, and earned value management to track progress and pinpoint performance discrepancies, facilitating focus on critical areas.

Manages the data within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), utilizing expertise to develop, interpret, and analyze schedule and cost information.

Possesses strong communication skills, capable of conveying and clarifying data to the entire program team, driving the planning process to ensure the IMS accurately reflects:
how the work is executed and,
provides data in a format that supports informed management decisions.

The Program Scheduler will have the requisite knowledge, training, and understanding of scheduling principles to effectively support a program.

This role includes leading the team in the application of sound scheduling practices, ensuring program processes align with organizational guidelines, and actively participating as a valued member of the program leadership team.

This encompasses the creation of a logically linked network to enable precise critical path analysis based on network calculations, validation of resource allocation with a resource-loaded schedule, and regular evaluation of program data by the core team to ensure accuracy and feasibility while promoting team engagement.

The Program Scheduler should be well-versed in all policies and procedures impacting the IMS and be capable of translating and applying these requirements to the programs they support.

Additionally, they will need to provide thorough analysis of the IMS with each update, managing change requests with documented visibility into modifications or additional scope awards.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

Preferred Skills:
The Program Scheduler must demonstrate effective communication abilities, be adept at team leadership, possess problem-solving skills, and have experience in applying risk mitigation strategies related to scheduling. Proficiency with:
Schedule-specific tools such as MS Project Professional and MS Project Server.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fundamentals of Planning, including Cost/Schedule Integration and Schedule Analysis.
Critical Path and Schedule Risk Analysis.
Schedule Metric Analysis, including BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.
Integration of subcontractor schedules.
Management of Risk and Opportunity within the IMS.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) is desirable.
