Position Summary

The Manager of Sales Strategy enhances our B2B2C Business Development team's efforts by providing strategic thought partnership and skillfully crafting client-facing materials. This role demands a thorough understanding of our product suite and value proposition, combined with Adobe Creative Suite proficiency , to create tailored client collateral, including partnership proposals, presentations, pitch decks, case studies, and testimonials. The manager actively analyzes market trends to shape business strategies. Highly collaborative, strategic, and organized, this individual leads multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Located at our office in Naperville, IL., our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required. *

This role can be fully remote with periodic travel to Naperville.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop materials including partnership proposals, presentations, pitch decks, case studies, and testimonials. Collaborate with the Business Development team to customize content based on partner needs and market trends. Draft responses to RFPs (Request for Proposal), demonstrating expertise in both substantive content and visual design to exceed client expectations. Design and produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite. Analyze market trends and partnership performance metrics to provide strategic insights and reports. Manage multiple projects, ensuring both timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Experience And Qualifications Of The Role

5+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, sales strategy development, or a supportive role in business development, including responding to RFPs and developing content for sales teams. Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends and performance metrics, providing strategic insights. Exceptional written and visual communication skills, demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to create engaging and informative sales materials . Proven organizational and project management skills, with a track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines . Experience in the utility, home warranty, or insurance industries is a plus, contributing to a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit.

Computer Skills Needed To Perform The Job

Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Demonstrated p roficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Animate.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Business, or a related field . In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant industry experience may suffice.
