We began in Regulated Waste Management and have evolved into a comprehensive compliance-oriented provider for healthcare facilities. Our offerings include PCI and HIPAA compliance solutions, back-office software, annual compliance training, Medical Waste, Hazardous Waste, Shredding services, Controlled Pharmaceuticals, and Mailback services. We continually expand our solutions, with plans to introduce Healthcare IT Services in 2025. 

Position Overview 

The Vice President of Sales will lead and drive sales and marketing efforts to commercialize operations, expand business, and enhance market presence. This role requires a visionary leader with healthcare expertise to design and execute demand generation strategies, streamline sales processes, and optimize efforts. You will implement sales initiatives aligned with strategic goals, drive revenue growth, and serve as our public-facing representative to the broader industry and market. 

The role involves assessing team skills, providing coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture. Leveraging data insights, you will refine go-to-market strategies, launch new products, and maintain a competitive edge. 

Mission Statement 

Lead and develop a high-performing integrated revenue team (sales and marketing) to drive significant and sustainable revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and foster strong customer relationships within the healthcare compliance industry. 

Position Responsibilities

Plan and Lead Team Members; Oversee Sales and Marketing Departments 

  • Inbound (high volume) 

  • Outbound Marketing Teams 

  • Channels and Ecosystem Management 

  • Business Development 

  • Revenue Operations team reports into this role 

  • Marketing/Demand Generation experience preferred 

Multiple Lead Generation Routes 

  • Lead the demand generation strategy to create and nurture leads through various channels. 

  • Implement effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. 

  • Optimize marketing performance metrics to improve ROAS (return on ad spend). 

Inbound Marketing & Operations 

  • Enhance sales processes, tools, and methodologies to boost team productivity and conversion rates. 

  • Ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts through cross-functional collaboration. 

Partner and Channels 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. 

  • Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and satisfaction. 

  • Identify new market opportunities, products, and customer segments for business growth.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and marketing, with 5+ years in leadership within healthcare or medical waste industry. 

  • Proven track record of accelerating revenue growth and improving sales performance. 

  • Strong understanding of demand generation marketing, inside sales, and outbound sales strategies. 

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. 

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and sales performance analytics. 

  • Alignment to Company Core Values. 

  • Experience in EOS. 

  • Marketing/Demand Generation experience preferred.
